We can help you analyzing your parts. Let us make a 3D scanning of your product and compare it with the CAD model.

With a 3D scanning a quick and accuracy measuring can be done and used for a compare with your CAD file. A very informative measure rapport will be generated or you can use our free viewer program for analyzing by your self. 
By very complex or very small items, we use CT scanning technology.

If you have data we can make the analyze for you by sending the data to us. If you got software for analyzing, we can make the scanning and send you the data. There are a lot of different opportunities for you. Don’t hesitate contacting us for information’s about a solution that fits your need.

Under "Gallery" you will find a sample where a pointcloud from a scanner is compared with a CAD fil. The alignment is in this case done with datum planes. The output is Report with colormapping showing all deviations on the physical part.
