Tecpart are specialists when it comes to tools for 2 component casting. Back in 1980 we started up production of 2K Tools, and are therefore some of the pioneers of this technology.

Several component moulding in one workflow can be found in many customer groups, pharmaceutical, automotive, telecommunications industry, packaging, etc. technique typically used in the production of items to be produced in 2 (or more) different materials, each with their property.

There are many techniques by which we can make 2K as moving items with the robot, round table, index plate or core-back principle
