We have many years experience in the manufacture of prototype and moulds for small series. Our method is based on the concept soft tool's
Soft tool's are suitable for the production of a limited number of moulded items. This number is typically up to 1,000 items.
 
For plastic moulds topics will typically be made of aluminum, and the pressure castings (aluminium, zinc or magnesium), it will be unhardened tool steel.
 
The advantage of items cast in soft tool's, is that we have issues in the right material, produced with the right process much earlier in a project. It is possible to create mechanical tests, phased production lines and equipment with these issues.
 
Costs about us at between 25 and 50% of the cost of production tools with one issue in shape.
